• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the delivery location. These costs will be displayed at checkout. Keep in mind, most of our products qualify for free shipping in the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and The Caribbeans)

 

1.4 International Shipping

• Availability: Currently we offer international shipping only  to Canada and Mexico.
• Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes are the. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.

 

 

Returns Policy

• Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns.

2.2 Return Process
